Unfair Ban - Please Help!

Hi, I got a warning from an admin for arguing with a user. The admin's name was OneManShow, and the user was tristan!mothytaylor. The user started giving me abuse in a duel for calling an admin, then he said that he was going to get me banned. Then he continued the argument outside the duel, and told all the admins that it was all me. I got a warning and that was it, then I got banned unexpectedly.

For the life of me I can't figure out why I got banned. I checked the banned table of rules and this is my second offense, but when I look at the 3 day ban for any of the second offenses I realize I wasn't talking to anyone or doing anything because I had just cancelled my duel request. If an admin could clarify for me why I was banned that would be greatly appreciated.
