by sending a Fabled Cerburell to the grave... will Cerburell's effect go off and get special summoned?

If Fabled Cerburel is DISCARDED as a cost he will acivate (unlike dark worlds). If he is SEND, either for a cost or by effect. He wil not activate.

in general: look at the wording. Send is not discard/destroy. Basicly they do the same, but a card which needs to be discarded does no trigger when it is sent.
