Phantom hand

If I activate phantom hand and banish my hand for the turn, can I activate Escape from the dark dimension to Sp summon a dark monster out of those same removed monsters?

"Once per turn, if you control a face-up "Infernity" monster(s), you can banish all cards in your hand (face-down) until your next Standby Phase."

The game state does not recognize face-down banished cards as monsters.
So, no you cannot.
