Computer fails

I just tried to log on to Dueling Network, and this error just happened, where I see Black luster soilder and that white box that shows up,but there's no text in the white box at all.
Usually when i log in there's an email there and some other things.
And also you see how the cards go across your screen when you log in? That dosent happen either.
Just Black Luster and a whitebox that kinda cuts off his torso. At first i just thought it was a lag, so i waited.

15 mins later still nothing the screen is still the same. So i reloaded and still it was the same after the reload.

I just changed browsers from firefox to google chrome and still nothing.
I shut down my computer, turned it on, and went back to the site and still the same.
This has happened at least 3 times before and i cant play DN the whole day after the problem happens, can someone help me out? Is it the site or just my computer?
