Dark Bribe vs. Appropriate 300px-AppropriateRP02-EN-C-UE

Ok... I understand that dark bribe is the highest speed as it is a counter trap... But... If your opponent activated a monster reborn, you dark bribed it, causing your opponent to draw one card... Because the effect resolved where you countered or negated said spell, and then your opponent drew a card, is it possible could you then activate appropriate?

And also question 2: During the same turn appropriate activates... Are you allowed to draw your two cards when it resolves, or do you have to wait until the next time your opponent draws outside of his draw phase?

Thanks for your help!!!!!

Since the negation and Drawing happen at the same time, the last thing to happen will be One card drawn, so Appropriate can be activated.
As for question 2, you will only draw after it has resolved its activation, so its only after you play it the first time you will start drawing.

Ok so by them drawing outside of their draw phase, it's more of an activation requirement to just activate appropriate?

Pretty much, but its also because of the timing here.

For simple understanding, no draw on initial activation of Appropriate, after that, draw like you never draw before.

It's that little green thumbs up button in the top right corner of the post.
