Those are the cookies.

The brown one is chocolate drop, the pink one is shortbread mixed with 10 drops of red food coloring and 2 teaspoons of Strawberry flavoring.

The "sandwich" you see is what I decided to do for the people who wanted Strawberry and chocolate.
(My original plan was to make huge chocolate cookies [because my smallest and my second smallest would have a huge center of strawberry and not a lot of chocolate] and cookie cut the center out and replace it with an equally sized strawberry cookie.
