when SDD return from GY can it be negated by solemn/TKO?

maybe with solemn warning, solemn judgemnt, TKO?

2 admin say different thinka.. and i think it has inherit eff.

It starts a chain; Solemn Judgment and Thunder King Rai-Oh cannot negate it, but Solemn Warning can.

Inherent Summons can only occur during the Main Phase.

urgent tuning is the same as formula synchron:
In the OCG you can use solemn/tkro to negate the actual summon instead of the card effect, in the TCG you can't

And remember, just like TKR and Judgment, Warning cannot negate summons out of card effects(easiest way of saying it). It can negate the card that will Summon the monster though.

Better way to say it is Warning can negate an effect that summons, but not a summon due to an effect.

Only exceptions are Formula and Urgent Tuning IN THE OCG
