mixing decks is fun but it hardly can be called best ever. counter fairys, anti meta, and necroface do it better. but alas its clear your trying to make a chaos counter fairys.
heres what i would do for chaos counters based from your build
-1 cyber dragon
-1 thunder king
-2 d.d. warrior ladys
-1 van
-1 lance
-2 magic drain
-2 divine wrath
personaly i dont like solemns in counterfairys, i would minus them as well but i would understand why you would want to keep them
heres what i would add
2 harvest angels
2 meltiel
3 sanctuary in the sky
2 zeradias
1 breaker
3 divine punishment " assuming you took out the solemns witch you may not do"
max out extra deck and if your running cyber dragon run chimeratech please.
heres what i would do for chaos counters based from your build

Way too many counter traps. He really needs to drop Divine Wrath and possibly Magic Drain. I do see that he runs Bountiful... but that doesn't seem like a consistent draw engine. If anything:
-2 Divine
+2 Veiler
+2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon

yes i did because he is running seven tools and bottomless trap hole and i didnt say the duo i said the trio. why? assuming you didn't use solemn judgment early it would cost 7000 life ponits to use them. you only start with 8000 and i would hardly call them the best traps in the game. but still i wouldnt run the tools or the trap holes if he kept the solemns.

You don't usually draw them all. And If you do start game and your opponent plays average its usually gg

im just going to agree to disagree i dont see the need for solemns in a deck with 3 divine punish"since we are talking about the changes i made",2 trap holes, and 2 seven tool.
