Frost and Flame-asaur XPzm4
I really like F&F Dragon and wanted to build a semi-competitive deck around him. Besides the dragon engine I felt like using a different one. I have used both dragon and plants for previous builds and decided to go with Dino's this time.

Thoughts?

For my side should I go Super Poly stuff or Ninja stuff?

i honestly dont know, imma test this and see how it works out. Personally i would super poly, but then i think about what you can actually poly with. But then again you already have a side deck set up.

Why R-genex? there arnt many level 6 dark monsters you could mind control.

What's getting you hand advantage? Frost and Flame is like a tiny Gungnir, but you'll be summoning it more often. I'm not sure why you would opt to run birdman just for Gungnir, since both of them require you drop your hand. The only other really good thing about Gungnir is that he can hit spells and traps, but then, it's heavy storm format, you have 2 MSTs, you have two Lances, and if you could summon Gungnir in the first place, they had no warning.

I would try and fit in tourguide. If you don't like tourguide, sue me. It's a legitimate suggestion :U

I guess I could try a tour guide variant, but I wanted to stay away from the typical Dino-Rabbits build.
