Cyber Dragon Zwei and fusion.

Hello. I needed to know if Cyber Dragon Zwei and two other Cyber Dragons could be used with Power Bond to make Cyber End Dragon.

Cyber Dragon Zwei's effect states that it is considered a "Cyber Dragon" while it's in the grave, but I'm not sure if this would make it eligible for the fusion.

If it says that its considered a cyber dragon fromt he card effect then yes it does count

You can't use it for cyber end unless you reveal a spell card in your hand so its name would be treated as cyber dragon until the end phase.

You can use him for fusion in the grave or if you use the effect.

There is no way to use an in-Grave Fusion Material Monster for the Fusion Summon of a non-"Chimeratech" Fusion Monster that uses Cyber Dragon as a named Fusion Material.

The only means of Fusion Summoning non-"Chimeratech" Fusion Monsters that uses Cyber Dragon as a named Fusion Material are means that use cards from the Deck, hand, and Field - and Zwei is considered CyDra in none of those places.

Simply activate Cyber Dragon Zwei's effect and reveal the Power Bond from your hand to make its name treated as Cyber Dragon. Then proceed with the fusion.

However I have one more questions regarding Chimeratech Overdragon. If it uses it's effect to all my monsters can it attack my life points afterwords?

no. You can either attack monsters or directly, not both in the same turn.
