Wait...what?

Please help. I got banned for 2 days for no apparent reason! The closest thing to me getting banned is me accidentally typing a sentence in caps, and i already apologized/agreed not to do it again to a mod. Can someone please help?

oh and 2 side questions
1.DN, like the whole thing, lags and freezes every once in a while right before i got banned. Even other people online noticed it. Can someone tell me whats happening?
2.Do you think when you get banned that DN should tell you why you got banned?
