Generation Force Sneak Peek?

I was on Yu-Gi-Oh! Wiki and I was looking at the upcoming release dates for the TCG so I can start saving up some money. The list has been updated seeing as how for August 6th and 7th they have "Generation Force Sneak Peek" listed. I just got back into Yu-Gi-Oh! when ZeXal premiered in Japan.. so, what exactly do they mean by a "sneak peek?" The actual release date is listed as August 16th.. so what's this sneak peek 9/10 days before the release?

Sneak Peaks are a way for players to get to know the new set before it is released. By joining the sneak peak you get 5 packs and a free card. The cards are not legal until the set is officially released though. At the sneak peak you also have a chance to win a free mat.

I assume to do this you have to go to.. some.. local card shop or somewhere that hosts YGO! Tournaments?

Yes and no. Sometimes they are located in random places, but most of the time in card shops. The locations are sometimes listed on the website. It costs anywhere from $20-$25 CA/US.

I am gonna attend this Saturday. I was so excited since they announced this a month ago. How much is it gonna cost?

depending on where you live, its around 20-25 dollars. You get 5 packs and an ultra rare promo, which is Xyz Veil.

I am defiantly going to the Sneak Peek. I wish the promo was more appealing, but I like this set.

$20 is a lot for me, plus I don't really need anything in this set...
Hmmm... I'll have to think about it.

I like the card shop by me, they charge $20 flat (CA) no tax or anything. The old store I used to go to charged $25 plus tax. This makes it $28.25, which is almost ten dollars more than the one I go to now.

I wonder if I can pull a Masked Hero...

This set is gonna be awesome for me! The new Wind-Up monsters and the Banished Fish cards that I have been using in DN will finally be in my hands! Im so excited! And Xyz veil is a pretty beast card. But if anyone were to use it, you would probably side deck it or only run 1.

The sneak peek yesterday was awesome! I pulled a Steelswarn Roach. Then I traded it for cards I needed for my BanSharks.

My sneak sucked but I bought alot of packs to make up for it.

looks like spore became less expensive

i have got so many packs, but yet the only XYZ monsters i have gotten are #17, Wind up Zenmaster, and aero shark. i have horrible luck.
