Bowser and Minions
I kinda took the idea for these monsters from the card Alien Infiltrator. The effects for the Items are just related to what they do on the Mario Kart games, some may be overpowered, some are be just dumb, but I still had fun doing this. Mario is just there as an extra card. So here they are:
I'll make more monsters when I think of them, Bowser does have a wide variety of minions and there are many of them I didn't name.
- Bowser and his Minions:
If your opponent declares an attack against a "Minion" Monster you control, you can change the attack target to this card instead. Once per turn, you can move this card to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone and/or destroy 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field in the same row as this card.
Once per turn, you can change this card to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone. You can force the activation of a Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls that is in the same row as this card, if the timing is incorrect, destroy the card and inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent.
Once per turn, you can move this card up to 2 Monster Card Zones away if such card zone is unoccupied. If no opponent's cards are in the same row as this card, it can attack your opponent directly.
Once per turn, you can move this card to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle while there is a Bowser's Castle face-up on the field, return this card to your hand during your Standby Phase.
When this card is attacked, you can change it into Defense Position. When a monster attacking this card has less ATK than this monster's DEF, destroy the attacking monster after Damage Calculation.
Once per turn, you can move this card to an adjacent Monster Card Zone. If there is another monster on that card zone, that monster cannot attack or apply its effect and cannot be targeted by anything. While this card is on top of another monster card, increase this monster's attack by 1000 points.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 "Bowser, the Koopa King" in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can move this card to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone and/or destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field that is in the same row as this card.
This card cannot be special summoned except by the effect of "Item: Smash Ball". If your opponent declares an attack against a "Minion" Monster you control, you can change the attack target to this card instead. Once per turn, you can move this card to an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone and/or destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field in the same row as this card.
All Minion Monsters and cards with "Bowser" in their card name on the field gain 300 ATK. A player can negate an attack being targeted against such cards if the battling monsters are not in the same row.
Special summon 1 "Bomb Token" (Machine-Type/FIRE/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) on your opponent's side of the field in face-up Defense Position. It is destroyed during on the End Phase of the next turn. When it is destroyed, inflict 1500 points of damage to the token's controller. If it is destroyed by battle, inflict 2000 damage to the token's controller and destroy the monster that destroyed it.
Select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field. Destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field that is in the same row as the selected monster.
Select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field. Halve the ATK and DEF of all the other monsters on the field until the End Phase of this turn.
Add 3 "Item" Spell or Trap cards from your deck to your hand and show them to your opponent. Your opponent then randomly chooses 1 of the three cards and add the chosen card to your hand without showing it to your opponent, then shuffle the rest back into the deck.
Double the attack of 1 face-up monster you control until the End Phase of this turn.
Send 1 "Bowser, the Koopa King" on your side of the field or hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Giga Bowser, Mushroom Kingdom's Nightmare" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field.
Select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field. Until the End Phase, the selected monster cannot be destroyed and you take no battle damage from a battle involving the selected monster. When the selected monster battles, destroy the opponent's monster and inflict damage to him/her equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK.
Select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field. That monster can attack twice this turn, then halve the attack of that monster this End Phase until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn.
Place 3 Banana Counters on this card. You can remove 1 Banana Counter from this card to change the battle position of 1 face-up monster on the field. When this card has no Banana Counters, destroy it.
Place 3 Green Counters on this card. Every time the monster equipped with this card is attacked, negate the attack and remove 1 Green Counter from this card. If the equipped monster attacks another monster, destroy the attack target with this card's effect and remove 1 Green Counter from it. You can remove 1 Green Counter from this card to destroy 1 opponent's face-down card in the same row as the equipped monster. When this card has no Green Counters in it, destroy it.
Place 3 Red Counters on this card. Every time the monster equipped with this card is attacked, negate the attack and remove 1 Red Counter from this card. If the equipped monster attacks another monster, destroy the attack target with this card's effect and remove 1 Red Counter from it. You can remove 1 Red Counter from this card to inflict 800 points of direct damage to your opponent. When this card has no Red Counters in it, destroy it.
Select 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. That card cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. When the selected Spell/Trap Card is activated or destroyed, inflict 1000 points of direct damage to your opponent and destroy this card.
Select 1 face-up monster on your side of the field. Change the battle positions of all the other face-up monsters on the field.
Activate only when your opponent has more Life Points than you do. Inflict 1200 points of direct damage to your opponent.
Every time this card is targeted for the activation of an "Item" Spell or Trap Card, increase this monster's ATK by 400 points.
