Fishborg Sniper

Can't Be Special Summoned from the Graveyard by a Effect Monster's Effect. While this card is in your graveyard you can discard 1 WATER Monster from your hand to Special Summon 1 Level 1 Fish-Type Monster from your deck. If you activate this effect, you cannot draw cards from your deck until your next Draw Phase. If 3 "Fishborg Sniper" Are in your graveyard, you can send 2 of them back to your deck to draw 1 card.
