QuickSpells question

Field : Elemental HERO Neos Alius & Elemental HERO Ocean
Draw Phase : Draw Gemini Spark...

the Question :

• Can I use gemini spark on Draw Phase ? So I can bring neos alius with ocean effect ?
  
  (Or in other rare situation.... can if I draw de-fusion, and happen to fusion material is ocean.. can I use de-fusion on draw phase ?)

just want confirm it, since my opp was disagree with me

(And I don't think I could use quickplay in draw phase on any nDs game... but I could remember it wrong... since its rare occurs )

Quick Spells can be activated during any Phase of any turn, yours or your opponent's, if the conditions for their activation are correct.
During you turn, you can activate them from your Hand or from the field if you set them during your last turn.
You can activate them during your opponent's turn if you set them before that turn (just like Trap Cards).

that(didn't asked about quick spel / trap activation in DP) happens
because konami forgot / didn't bother to use that function in their game

you are free to activate them at that time in the game. The only thing is, that wc11 and other games don't ask EVERY time you have the ability (would also be very very bad for the flow of the game I presume...)
When you want to activate something, just hold the a button down, then the game will ask you if you want to activate it (or simply ask you if you want to check the field if you have nothing to activate)
