1 Fiend-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, it can gain 800 ATK (until the end of the Battle Phase) and attack once again in a row.


I was wondering about how many times can this card attack? I had a situation when there was 4 monsters on my field and my opponent continued to attack with Sergeants until he destroyed all of my monsters.

So he's basically like Tyrant Dragon.

Attacks never stack, if you have multiple Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce, the monster only gets 2 attacks.

there is a reason attacks don't stack for twin swords of flashing light the card specifically says that the equipped monster can attack twice in the battle phase so no number of equipped twin swords will change and as for stygian sergeants it's very ambiguous, envoy of the beginning includes the same wording for its effect but as u'll note it says for the effect that u can chose to activate one of the following effects ONCE PER TURN. So if u asked me stygian sergeants doesn't have a defined limit.

That isn't actually how any attacks like this work. They clearly say "attack once again in a row."

Just once. Not as many times as monster it destroys.

So that is probably why no one used that combo of yours.

QFT. Neither Ruin nor Stygian can attack more than twice.
The wording does seem a little ambiguous, but if you tried to find a ruling on it at all, you should have found this ruling somewhere -_-.

Again, attack never stacks, there's no such OTK with Stygian Sergeants.

Who no one refering that to the most obvious card: Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning? He has the same effect!!
