Seriously please help.

Ok i know you have all heard it before but theres soo many people including myself that cant even get on this game and no its not firewall its none of the suggested in ANY post because i tried them all and still cant get on please i need help this is what happens for me:

Hi i do have some goodsih news its now found the site and but goes to the black screen i shall check after school if it progresses to show me a pic if you can help me on how to pass the black screen it would be extremley helpful thanks
