Interesting concept...
No room for evolution, though. Also, why would you desire to mill your cards? None of the effects seem to benefit from it...

Because milling Parasites adds them to your opponent's deck.
And it saves the trouble of drawing for metastasis.

Considering two nerfs:
1. "Cannot be removed except when destroyed by battle" seems a little ridiculous. Might change to just "Cannot be Tributed or be used as Synchro Material Monsters."
2. Might make it optional so that it can miss timing.

The original idea of the archetype was to keep adding cards to your opponent's deck so that they pretty much dead draw repeatedly. Couldn't really figure out a winning condition for that, though.

Nah, that first nerf is not all that needed. They are annoying, but not strong. Perhaps you could base them off of real cancer: they consume the body's resources until... Well, yeah, then that. Cannot wait to see that artwork!

The problem with that, though, is that the way these guys work, it's impossible to deplete your opponent's resource (in this case the deck) fully because they add themselves to the deck repeatedly. They simply can't deck out. Life Points, maybe, but that's a bit boring. Besides, it's a bit hard to vary them those ways.

What artwork :?

Well, since cancer cells are originally normal cells, the number of normal cells go down when they come into existence. So, something like:
"When this card is sent to the Graveyard, send two cards from your opponent's deck to the Graveyard, and shuffle this card to your opponent's deck face-up."

hmmm. I guess it could work, but it's still hard to vary.
I'll consider it.
