can't battle, please help

I just joined the site and am having an issue. The check box to duel is locked out. Now I checked my deck and I have 40 cards and no forbidden ones, though I do have 2 limited ones but they are both below their limits. Can anyone help?

You may need to save your deck and set it as a default again.
