Ceruli's Effect

Let's say i'm using a card, like Dark World Dealings or Card Destruction, and Ceruli Guru of the Dark World is discarded to the card graveyard. Then it's special summoned on my opponent's side of the field. Who actually discards? I'm asking because as I know I'm the opponent of this card so I discard and many noobs keep on getting on my nerves by telling me that they discard and not me and I want to be sure about what I'll answer to them.

if you discarded celri, you discard from your hand by opponents card effect, if you need proof go to the wikia for celri and in the tips section it says celri is perfect for using the secondary effects of your dw cards

Biased and hideously wrong actually

Best way to get your secondary effects is to use Creature Swap and Morphing Jar.

Celri is just plain awful for that purpose.

honestly i dont care if its right or wrong, thats what i used for proof when i ran celri, because otherwise on the wikia it doesnt say shit to prove it

Ceruli's job is to trigger DW's 2nd effect, and that's the only job it has.
