Torrential dodging with Warning

Just for my own curiousity but...
if:

player A has a torrential tribute
player B has a set warning and smashing horn (and a monster in his hand)

can player B :
-normal summon a monster,
-activate warning on his monster,
-chain smashing horn to warning.

can player B this without giving player A a chance to activate torrential?

OR is the monster considered to be summoned after the chain resolves?

Warning is actived before the monster hit the field (it is flying in a limbo zone). Torrential cannot be actived now.

Does that mean after the chain resolves torrential tribute can be activated?^

Yes, of course.

How, the respond to summon screen has been. There has been chained with Warning, then with Smashing Horn. The respond to summon screen won't just randomly pop up again after the chain.

And don't try to chain with Torrential to a Counter Trap either, a: it's the wrong timing, b: only Counter Traps can chain to Counter Traps.

After Smashing Horn negates Warning, Torrential can be activated to response to the successful summon.

The is not respond to summon. That is repond to process of summon.

I've seen people call the window where SS negations (warning, judgment, TKRO, etc.) can be activated the "summon negation window". If the monster summon is not negated in this "window", the monster hits the field, and then the summon response window occurs, where torrential can be activated.

That's the easy way to understand this problem.

Just activate torrential after solemn and horn resolves.
