jar2 returns krystia to deck so its effect will stop applying and jar 2 can resolve




i said that on general chat and i noticed many think krystia can stop jar2 form resolving even when jar 2 can return it to deck

this is based on jar2 vs dark simorg ruling

For "Morphing Jar #2", the effect of "Dark Simorgh" is no longer applied as soon as "Dark Simorgh" is returned to the Deck, so the opponent may Set monsters in face-down Defense Position.[1]

What Anaconda said is correct. You can use the Jar even if Kristya is on the field, just like with Simorgh.

That's because the first part of the effect doesn't try to Special Summon (or Set, in the case of Dark Simorgh).
