bit of an unsuual case

this is a bit unsuual but here goes

starts out like any normal time on dueling network
see some guy asking for help on public chat and ask him what is his problem
apparantly his cousin got banned after dueling my_dream and the guy im talking too got on on his own personal account and tried to talk to the guy like any good cousin would and BAM! hes banned forever, so i try to talk to the guy and boom i get a 3 day ban, or basically equivulent to a 1st offsense threat, i did no threatning im just trying to help someone out and i get banned for it

Mods sometimes get a little ban-happy

I did enter a duel with my_dream today. He seemed kind of rude tbh.

and from what i hear he may have some connections with a admin, and as far as i know he isnt a mod

What is the account name of that cousin?

the names of the accounts that are banned are
yuseifudo123 and gametainment1

yuseifudo123:
stalking, harassing, etc, on alts, not to be unbanned - Uncertainty
Stalking, trolling, harassing user.

gametainment1:
ban evading

hairymac1:
Trolling, stalking, harassing user.

All by the same mod who name is not important to the situation.

okay gametainment1 was not ban evading, he was trying to get some help for
his cousin

and i was not trolling stalking or harrasing, i was trying to help some guy i met on dueling network out like a good person

So I got banned as well for no apparent reason. I was watching the duel. A guy named "Jackie Chan" gets banned. I am in the chat when he gets banned. Then I begin watching, my_dream pms me and thinks I'm Jackie Chan and Uncertainty bans me.

this sounds like either uncertainly and my_dream are the same person or their friends

My_Dream was being harassed by Fudo, and then multiple other users out of nowhere started to stalk his duel. No, I am not friends with Dream, and no, we are not the same person.

But appeal on Jackie, accepted. I will have a talk with dream later on...

what about me? Why can't my ban be appealed if I did nothing but watch a duel for 2minutes?

but seeing as my ban ends tomorrow i think i can hold out

but this has taught me a valuable lesson for dn

Should that happen, you can always report that to a senior or head administrator.
