Foolish Burial and D Fissure,/ Macro

Can one activate Foolish if D.Fissure or Macro is out? (Sorry if this is stupid.)

Foolish Burial can be activated and the card will be Banished instead if Macro Cosmos is up, and only Banished if it's a monster while Dimensional Fissure is up.

SUper Poly can't be used if Macro is on the field, but other Fusion Spell or Trap can.

SP CAN be used even if Macro is face-up on the field.

"Discard 1 card; send, from either side of the field to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card..."

SP's cost is "discard 1 card", not "discard 1 card to the graveyard".

And sending Materials to grave is effect, Materials will be banished insteads.

Conclusion(as previous posts lead no-where):
Macro Cosmos/D.Fissure only prevent cards from being activated that have a cost to send something to grave to activate.
Some examples:
HERO Captain Gold, other monster Field Spell searchers, King of the Swamp, Honest, as those discard themselves to the grave as a cost. You cannot fulfil the cost so you cannot use the card.

Another example is Card Trooper, it's cost is to send the top cards of your deck to the graveyard. You won't be able to pay the cost, it's effect cannot be used.
This even applies with just D.Fissure out, as you don't know if you'll mill a Spell/Trap or Monster.

Foolish Burial has no activation cost that sends to the graveyard, with D.Fissure, Macro Cosmos out you can just activate it. The send monster will just be removed instead.

You can activate it but the monster will just get removed from play.

So you can activate Future Fusion even if Macro Cosmos/D.Fissure is on the field? Since sending to the grave is part of the effect?

Shouldn't this be basic knowledge by now?

Yes you can activate Foolish Burrial, Armageddon Knight, Super Polymerization, Polymerization and such while D-Fissure and Macro Cosmos are on field.

Knowing the difference between effects and costs and when certain cards can be activated?
