I cannot connect to the server Empty I cannot connect to the server

After I log in and get to the opening screen, When I try to read the public comments, it is blank. Also, when I go into any of the links, like the duel room and deck constructor, it tells me it is Losing Connection, Reconnecting, and then doesn't change.
