i encouter lot situation like this, even myself doing it....
So... can his effect actually used in BP ? or just M1....

Because I aware I am unconsicously detach the material after I kill opp monster (well, I just summoned this dude 4x... ) because opp has no backrow. I mean Nothing would stopping his effect, but this seems so.... wrong ?

The wording is very clear, it is an Ignition Effect, and since it involves the number of attacks per turn, that's mean it can only be activated during Main Phase 1.

if u want somthing that affect alows it to attack again during battle phase katchi kotchi dragon is perfect given he has less atack but still works well

Kk.... *reminds to myself* Well... opp didn't said anything when I was detaching on BP... *feel something is wrong here* and attack again

Well, its about ninja eff actually.. or its about if my opp going to rulesharking...
definitely I cann't use Ninjas effect during BP

Also kochi kochi is weaker than ninja
