If i have 2 yubel on the field and at the end phase I use 1 yubel as a tribute for the other one... Can i summon terror incarnate?

No, Yubel Terror is not summoned as it is tributed, not destroyed.

Yubel only summons incarnate when DESTROYED, doesnt matters how or where (even solemn warning triggers the effect), doesnt activates when tributed

Because all Yubel needs is to be destroyed. It doesn't need to be on the field at all, it could be destroyed in the hand and still get its effect. Since Solemn Warning destroys it, even if it wasn't on the field the effect's trigger has been met.

Tengu has to be on the field though, hence the difference.

Tengu has to be on the field to summon another Tengu.

Yubel has no such requirement; it activates whenever it is being destroyed, on or off the field.

Thats interesting, cant think of any cards that destroy in the hand though

Also, the second Yubel only need to be removed from the field, and if you choose to resolve Yubel before Terror Incarnate, tributing it, you would get Ultimate Nightmare.

Note that Terror Incarnate can potentially miss the timing, but Yubel's effect is simply to tribute something, and nothing more.
