ZeXal's a lot better when you give it an unbiased opinion. Hell, I said I hated it before watching it. I watched and went "DAMN..." 'cause of not just Shark, but the sick graphics used.

Yep. I couldn't agree more

Imo people think it sucks because everyone and their hamster is saying it sucks.

I don't get why people must hate on Zexal. I mean wasn't it the same when 5D's arrived? People were like "WTF does 5D's mean? This is stupid, card games on motorcycles" Now people are like "Yeah! Card games on motorcycles!"

When Zexal gets a years worth of episodes, people will have a completely different opinon about it and become hypocrites. :S And the way they portray duels is awesome! Augmented Reality? That would be epic if it were real! Very Happy

Why do I think that the reason why most people hate Zexal is because Little Kuriboh made fun of it in a negative way.
Kinda like how people hated 5Ds until Little Kuriboh did that 'Card Games on Motorcylces!' thing then everybody seemed to love it.

Zexal is the best season of YGO to be made in a long time. It's autism levels are off the charts, even by YGO standards. It's great.

It's shame we will likely lose POP FLYING to localization.

Kattobing is hard to give an accurate translation. Team CatShark had to go so far as to just go with "I do Kattobing!" because of it. <__<

So either we get "Kattobing", or we get something about on-par with "GET YOUR GAME ON!", which will somehow turn into a World Championship Participation card that Doubles the ATK of a Number Monster, and makes it so they can only be destroyed in battle by another Number.

I hope this company becomes bankrupt and is unable to release any of their dubbed episodes. It shouldn't happen, I can't imagine how horrible it will turn out, I saw what they did to the previous series. And I will never forgive them for that, but if it wasn't for me seeing GX on nickelodeon years ago, I may of never started playing yugioh.

Lol, people hating on 4Kid's. I can see why people are hating on them from their reputation, but I honestly don't really care until after the first Dubbed episode gets aired. Then I'll give my opinion of what they've done.
But I really like the atmosphere of Zexal. And Yuma isn't some sort of pro duelist off the bad, which is nice for a change. And Shark is pretty epic, along with Kaito. The 3D effects are awesome.

I also agree on the point that it's best to wait to actually see the Dub before complaining.

Oh zexal huh? Well I watched the 1st episode subbed and I didn't like it honestly the main character is just bleh ... Of course he has a lot to live up to since yusei was just plain awesome and IMO yusei is the best protagonist so far... I might give zexal a chance later... Well if I happen to be free I might tune in to watch it on tv, other than that I'm good.

Personally i am still pissed at 4kids for not finishing off GX. They fucking stop the show right at the end of a season and leave everyone hanging what the !@#$. Second the animation is pretty amazing for the dueling but like people said above the Characters are dumb assess and to childish. This is why Yu-Gi-Oh has a bad rap because of the show being to 8 year oldish even for us older vets when the show first came out considering i am 19 now and i was like 9 or 10. and i would agree which is why i went online dueling in the first place. But comeon people we are all use to the Dubing from Cartoon Network, Nicktoones, and 4kids TV sure there isnt any swearing or any of the bloody stuff but after years of Growing up with the above networks we should be pretty used to the dubbing by now

I've been keeping up with zexal just to know the cards, and after the horrible grind of the first few episodes peoples predictions about a darker more ADULT side were validated, Zexal is mature anime hidden behind the cute characters and soft colours the level of perverted humour is to the level of guilty pleasure, much like my little pony, friendship IS Magic.

How this relates to 4kids? well they'll probably have an EASY time spotting the "informalities" so the next generation of babies that grow up watching this can be nurtured into the fold. Then sometime in the future when they grow up they can find the real Zexal episodes , like how someone now would be watching beetle juice on youtube, and commence puberty. If said Puberty has already happened then It'll be a great laugh, after a happy childhood.
