Simple question: can King of the Swamp substitute itself for a Spellcaster Synchro Monster for Fusion Summoning Supreme Arcanite Magician?

Edit: Forgot Supreme Arcanite Magician doesn't have specific materials.

No you can't use it. Same way you can't use Goddess With The Third Eye when summoning Elemental Hero Absolute Zero
