Darkflare Dragon and Eclipse Wyvern
If you used Darkflare's effect and sent Eclipse Wyvern to graveyard(from either deck or hand), and then chose it with Darkflare's effect and banish it...will you be able to banish a level 7 or higher dark dragon from your deck with Eclipse and then also bring it to your hand?
Me and my friend had the longest argument today over it...and by the wording on it, personally, I would believe you couldn't. Since the second effect states "Then, if this card is banished from the graveyard:", I would think that the inclusion of "Then" would mean that the first effect would have to resolve before the second effect could activate. If the first effect isn't required to resolve before second can be activated, then it would work since you could stack the effects in what order you choose after Darkflare resolves.
Soooo...any help on this?

Re: Darkflare Dragon and Eclipse Wyvern
Darkflare Dragon resolves first and sends Wyvern to grave as a cost than it banishes it.
After that both effects for Eclipse Wyvern have been triggered. In OCG you can choose if you want to banish or add first in TCG you must first add and than Banish.
Effects will chain to each other.

So...are you saying, in TCG ruling, that both effects would go off, but be chained that Banishing would go first and Adding to hand would be second...and thus resolving backwards there is no target to add to hand? Sorry...I'm a little dense x_x

Understand it more simple, you banish 1st then add to hand, that's all.

I seriously hope that Konami overturns the TCG ruling in favor of the OCG, we do not need contradictory rulings like this. At this rate there will be no game because rulings for the two sides of the game will never come into agreement.

Re: Darkflare Dragon and Eclipse Wyvern
It's not contradictory ruling at all. Both OCG and TCG will allow you to Banish and Add, however in TCG You always place chain links in order they were triggered in SEGOC. For example Tributing Sangan For Caius won't let you put Sangan as chain link 2, since Sangan was tributed first it was first card to trigger and therefore is placed as chain link 1. Same for Wyvern since it was first sent to grave and than banished the effect to banish a card is placed as chain link 1 and effect to add a card is placed as chain link 2.
Also I noticed I wrote other way around in my first post.

Ohhhh...okay...Thanks for the more indepth explanation. I am sorry to say I did not know about TCG SEGOC going in order they were triggered. Thanks for the help.

in TCG You first add than banish
In OCG you chose which order you do things.
