Ranting section

Simple a section where people can post Rants. There is nothing to explain cause the title spoke for itself.

Problem is that rants can easily evolve into flame wars. Other than I kinda like the idea. Seems like a fun and hilarious section depending on what the rants are about.

Ranting is not the purpose of the forum in the first place
The forum is used to solve issues, and further explain if possible, not to complain

Ok I understand but don't people already complain on forums?

We don't want to Encourage them to do it even more, there are few topics for ranting look around.

I really do not think that it would be a good idea to introduce a section that would easily have the single most controversial content posted on a daily basis.

The idea may work for communities like DGz or ETC, but I really doubt that it will do any good here.

No offense, but why do I foresee the rant section being completely filled by Tsun or Kangtuji, if it were to come to fruition?

Because Kangtuji complains alot, you must also understand kangtuji he swore that if something happened on DN he would never keep quiet about it again
and thats totaly respectable. If we don't understand one another it will lead to fighting now you say he complains but truth be told your denying his feelings. Im not defending him thats just my take of whats going on. and crap I went off topic

Could create a social interaction thread for "Social Rants" not involving DN. Like your gf breaks up with you, teacher is stupid, ect.

I can see that being done, but a thread/section for ranting about DN wouldn't be tolerated.
