How was it upgraded if nothing was changed?

Effect: 1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
Must be Synchro Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.
Once per turn, return any number of cards your opponent controls to its owner's Deck, up to the number of Synchro monsters in your Graveyard.
Once per turn when a card or effect is activated: You can negate the activation and send it to the Graveyard.
When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Galaxy Ray Dragon" from your Extra Deck.
It has a nuke without a cost.
