Ineligible for admin test?

Seeing that announcement earlier, I decided to try the admin test, and it said I was ineligible to take the test. I'm not under a ban (that I know of, lol) and I was wondering if this happened to anyone else.

maybe there's limitation for newly joined one (low Exp)

You must be a member of Dueling Network for a certain amount of time
You must have a good record

I don't Know But I can't and I don't know why?

You need something like 100 EXP, and that isn't the only criteria.
