DN Server Error

DN Server Error

Ever since i found DN as soon as i get to to the end of the intro.This box appears saying:Error unable to contact server.
Please help...I've tried the following:
disabling firewall: didn't work
going into a new user: didn't work
cleared cache/cookies/history: didn't work
Tried another browser: didn't work
Please i never got in since i got here.
P.S:i use google chrome usually.
