I saw this vid and i was wondering around 1 0 4 or 113 you cant SS Red men like that can you ?

I dont think you can that would make this card 3x better then it already is. But if a mod agrees with you then I Have no problem being wrong.

REDMD Has an alternate summoning Effect. But you can still tribute two monsters to normal summon it, or special summon it witth monster reborn. Same is also true for grapha, hyperion, and cyber dragon.

These monster's don't need to be summoned by this method. That's why its "alternate" (you CAN summon this monster by doing "etc"). So negating their summon won't prevent you from reviving them with reborn/call of the haunted.

As opposed to Synchro/Xyz/Fusion/Ritual monsters who MUST be summoned a specific way first before you can revive them. So when their summon is negated, they cannot be revived. The same goes for other monster like BLS-EotB and chaos sorcerer, who say they must first be summoned by the way written on the card before you can summon them with call/reborn etc. These are called "semi-nomis"

Then there are monsters that Cannot be special summoned by other ways, except for the one written on the card. These are called Nomis.

Reardless of if their summon was negated or not, you cannot special summon them by reborn/call.

Yeah, you cannot summon REDMD from the grave like that lol. Its effect only works in the hand.

It's a Summon Condition like Judgment Dragon and Master Hyperion.

It's just optional, unlike Judgment Dragon.

Yea I know, I was just using other examples of conditions for clarity.

Lets get this straight, a summoning condition is almost always FROM THE HAND, unless the card text says otherwise.
REDMD has never been able to SS itself from the grave with it's effect, just like you cannot SS Hyperion from the grave by RFGing a LIGHT Fairy monster.
