Creature Swap vs monsters who seek

I'm with this question for some time:

If I activate Creature Swap, and a monster change my search engine, for example Sangan for another monster and destroy it in the opponent's field and send to my grave, the effect it will for me or my opponent?

The effect activates in the Graveyard, thus the person who gets the search is the person who has Sangan in their Graveyard when the effect activates.

The original owner of the sangan get the search since it goes to his graveyard.
