All kidding aside, you got a great Fairy Deck here. I recommend Venus and three Shine Balls for tribute fodder for Moisture Creature. Even better. I recommend both the Light and Dark Rulers from the Arcana Force archetype.

To shut down your opponent (in a sense), Vanity's Ruler isn't bad, either.

Counter Fairy without "Bountiful Artemis" ?

Too many tribute monsters IMO, in a deck that doesn't rely on them and where you don't special summon that much.

Remove "The Selection" and put "Black Horn of Heaven" instead. No Solemn warning ?

The deck sucks right now due to too many monsters. Lose everything but the Harvest Angel and Meltiel. Add 3 bountiful artemis for draw power. add 1 Honest and 2 Van'Daiygon. add 3 D.D. Warrior Lady for threat removal. Lightning Vortex has no purpose so say bye bye. Add 3 Pot of Duality to scan through your deck for monsters. Add 1 Terraforming to get your field spell. Dark Hole, Reborn, 2 Mystical Space typhoons add even more support. get rid of the Selection and add 2 Warnings

2: I didn't know that Artemis existed, I'm just going by what I own in my collection or my games, and experimenting with them.

Looks much better now. I'd keep the deck at 40 though, no need to go over (Even though mine does, dead draws could be a problem but I run 3 Trade-in since I have 7 targets. CoTh isn't really needed so you could drop minimum 1 of those. There are better counter traps than Negate Attack, get ones that are more flexible:

Divine Wrath, Drastic Drop Off, possibly Debunk for veilers and Judgement of Anibus (for MSTs/Heavy storms). I run these counter traps and none of them have failed me yet. Chaos trap hole also if you want extra Warnings seeing as the meta is either Dark or Light monsters. You could replay 1 Metiel and/or 1 Harvest for one or two

Also I run the Agent engine in mine with 2 Hecatrice and 1 Valhalla
