Upcoming Regional Making Agent Deck

Hey guys this is the deck i personally have. i spend close to 160 on this deck and i would like to make this into a competitive tournament winning deck. Please help, as i would be making another trip to cardmaster in 2 hours.

i would replace herald of orange light with maxx c, because herald of orange light is a minus (2 cards to destroy one). I would also play the 3rd maxx c by replacing marshmallon. Maxx c is a saving grace when you are about to get wind up looped.
