are they overpowered
wind-ups and inzektors
Yata Garasu was broken, but I was never able to deplete the entire enemy's hand with him during the first turn.

Maybe Konami wants the Yata lock back.

Damn, there I go using absolute phrases on the internet again
in any case, necro doesn't stop yata lock, it just slows it down for a turn

Unless you focus on consistency in WUs, WUs win or lose on the coin toss.

Summon monster > Yata lock has to improvise.

I'd argue a deck is broken even if the chance of an infinite loop is 1%, much less a coin flip.
Yes, you can side against them, but it isn't likely you'll draw the cards unless you devote your whole sideboard to 1 theme.

Effect veilers, maxx c , dd crow and a bit of luck to have 1 in your hand and you stop the loop.

The Wind-Up Loop is far from infinite, and like I stated, unless you focus on consistency AKA Adding power other then the loop, WUs lose pretty badly.
To top it all off There are valid answers to the WU loop as stated.
Its all on the coin flip.

The "loop" should still probably get hit.
Most logical would be to drop either Rat or Zenmaighty to 1.
My vote's on the Deck searcher.

It's one thing when an archetype goes + of you commiting to the field and having no way to defend yourself (most do that, check agents and darkworlds) and a completely different story when your hand is being destroyed without you commiting at all.
