- Format Rules
You Are Only Allowed To Use Cards From A Certain Character.
The Current Ban List Is Listed Below.
You May Change Characters For 50 Millennium Points.
You Are Only Allowed Cards That Your Character Use In The Anime Or Manga No Video Game Decks.
The Only Characters That You May Use Are From The Series That Is In Format Every 2 Months The Format Will Change.
- Millennium Items
When You Obtain 100 Millennium Points You Can Challenge For Millennium Items That Can Give You Some Benefit In Your Duel.
Puzzle - Can Cancel The Effect Of 1 Opponents Millennium Item.
Eye - Can Look At Opponents Hand For A Cost of 1000 Life Points
Ring - Your Opponent Must Define What Items They Have At The Beginning of The Duel.
Scale - All Monster Cards In Your Hand Become Dark Attribute
Key - For 500 Life Points You Can Look At The Top 2 Cards Of Either Players Deck And Put Them Back In Any Order.
Rod - During Your Opponents Next Turn You Can Control What They Do. You Can't Force Them To Surrender.
Necklace - Look At The Top 3 Cards Of Your Deck.

Win A Duel Against A Member - 25 Points
Win A Duel Against An Item Holder - 40 Points
Lose A Duel Against A Member - 10 Points
Lose A Duel Against An Item Holder - 5 Points

Seems like a nice idea, but your banlist is way to broken. It needs a fair amount of fixing up, if you want me to participate.

Graceful Charity, Way to broken in Dark Worlds.
Last Turn, With Pachy and Jowgen it's too broken.
Exchange of spirit, 15 cards in the grave is easy nowadays.
Card of Safe Return, Makes any revival card a +1.
Butterfly Dagger - Elma, can make some easily OTKs with Gearfried the Iron Knight.
Thousand Eyes Restrict, Easy to summon with Instant Fusion and revivable.
Yata-Garasu, Broken especially with the Wind-Up semi-loop.

and on top of that this is only season 1 characters and you can only run cards that they have ever run not all combined

Anime characters only breaks any tournament or league especially from the first season where only one duelist had a decent deck.

This is all just for fun and to be kool with it and to stop playing meta for awhile and get back to fun things
inedtion you can use every card they used from all seasons and manga so some might be able to complete a deck with there chosen ppl
