The Summon of this card cannot be negated. This card is uneffected by other card effects. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent takes all Battle Damage you would have recieved from battles involving this card. As long as this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot activate Spell, Traps or Summon monsters. You can gain 10000 Life Points to banish all cards on the field except this card. Once per turn, you can draw 5 cards. If you activate this effect your opponent skips his next Draw Phase. This card can attack during the first turn of the duel. When you activate the effect of Spell or Trap card you can return that card from your Graveyard to your hand. When your opponent loses the Duel, you take your opponent's Deck."

Make it so it cant be special summoned except by fusion summon with the above fusion material,suddenly everyone stops caring.

And with those conditions and summon material you might as well play exodia and get a more consistent OTK/FTK.
