The scene is the CN City where Kyle, Ray and Mallorky are racing down center city's new industrial highway. Time time in the CN City is 12:15 AM. The race starts a Malphs.

Fan 1: Yo Yo Yo Ray! Hoping for you to win tonight race! Whoo!
Ray: Ah I'm sure to win this one! Yeah!
Kyle: What up!
Fan 2: Hey Kyle! Kicking this race into overdrive Kyle?
Kyle: Yeeauhhh!
Fan 2: Good luck kyle!
Kyle: Sure thing!
MC: The race will being in 2 minutes! Prepare your cars!

(Kyle rolls out his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VII, Ray rolls out his Nissan Skyline and Mallorky rolls out his Rx-7)

Mallorky: Good time! Good time!
Fan 3: You know it!
Mallorky: To start our engines! Whoo!
*nearby scream
*music stops
Kyle: What was that?
*all the people at malphs look around.
Ray: It was nothing. Start the race.
MC: WE ARE ABOUT TO BEGIN!!
(music is now Signs of Life from Every Move A Picture
*engines rev up

MC: Now you three go!
*cars take off

(on a highway near the industrial highway)
Yumi: There's nothing like a little fresh air and the great outdoors! I can't wait to go again!
Kaz: Really? What about you Ami?

(back at the race)
*Kyle is holding at first and Ray is in second while Mallorky is in last.

Ray: I'm gonna get the lead!
*Shifts gear

Kyle: Hmm?

*race continues

(now, the tour bus and racers oncoming near an intersection without a traffic light. a Tupolev Tu-154 is flying above the industrial area as well as a KND flying school bus)

Ray: Nobody defeats me!
*rear bumper ram
Mallorky: Not this time
*Accelerates to 250 km/h
*passes ray

Andrew: we are reporting a problem with the hydraulic fluid in the Bus.
Numbuh 1: All right Numbuh 116, we have to perform a landing somewhere. Numbuh 2! Land us at Center City International Airport.
Numbuh 2: Right on it.
*Numbuh 1 has lost control of the Bus.
GPWS: Bank Angle. Bank Angle.
*Master caution

(near the intersection)
Mallorky: Ha Ha! See you later, Ray!
GPWS: Don't sink.
Kaz: An intersection, how nice to get onto the industrial highway!
GPWS: Terrain, Terrain.
*alarm
*sound of the crash
(the crash involves an RX-7, a flying bus, and a tour bus. Numbuh 116 dies.)

Ray: Now I'm in the lead!

(above the crash)

Derpy: DerpEx Express 110 contact Center city.
ATC: DerpEx Express 110, affirmative.
Derpy: Yeah, an explosion resulting in a fire outbreak occoured near the intersection of the Industrial Highway and Highway 621.
ATC: Say again?
Derpy: An explosion happened on the ground.
ATC: Ah ok we'll let the authorities now.
Derpy: Tell workers in the industrial area to evacuate the buildings so that the fire doesn't spread too much.
ATC: Alert Industrial City Police, Fire and Medical, Airport Personnel will be on site.
*sirens

(at the finish near Pop's Moon Palace)

*Ray and Kyle make it to the finish

MC: And Ray wins again!
*Cheering
Fan 4: Way to go ray!
Kyle: I made it out, but where's Mallorky.

THE NEXT DAY

News Anchor 1: Yesterday, a crash upon the new industrial highway intersection resulted in a heavy fire around industrial city last night. Investigators do not know the cause of the crash but an Air Traffic Control recording reported a massive explosion and a rapidly spreading fire occurring. While we do not know what happened during that night, a death occurred during the crash.
