Why no love for Fossils?

In the GX anime Jim Crocodile Cook used these cards and I played with them in the tag force games, they consist of the main spell and traps Fossil Fusion and Time stream and various monsters such as Skullpawn, Skullknight, Skullking and Skullgios.
I am just wondering why these cards were never introduced to TCG/OCG since they aren't particularly broken or unusable.
Also the Rock attribute seriously lacks support and these would be a welcome addition.
What do you guys think, look them up on the wiki if you wan't to know their effects.

I checked these the other week, they look great.

Konami is stupid. That is the simple answer to every complaint you could possibly have about the way the game works.

Forced to agree with Harley here. At the end of the day, this game is all about making money by selling trading cards. If there's no money in it, they ain't gonna sell it.

Wz already have Fossil Tusker and Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo

On a serious note, I doubt they will be made because if Konami intends to make new cards/series based on the anime, they'll pick others that may have more 'priority'.

Looking at them, they don't have the greatest stats and their effects/summoning are lackluster (depends on what the opp is playing...). Wouldn't be a menace if they were made into real cards...
