What are these decks some people are talking about?

I'm in an area where Yugioh players are VERY rare. Less than a handful of people play it, so I don't exactly see/hear any yugioh-related news.
I had read a post somewhere earlier relating to decks of the past. I have no idea what they are/were, but am very curious. These include:
Teledad
Yata Emperor
Empty Jar
Cat Synchro
Dark Armed Return (From what I read it "caused a mid-format banlist change")
Goat Control (I don't have the slightest idea what that is)5
Perfect Circle monarch
Troop Dupe Scoop

If you look them up on wikia you pretty much get an explanation of how every single one works

TeleDaD: Main goal was to use Krebons and Emergency Teleport to dump dark monsters into the grave fast, then Summon Dark Armed Dragon

Yata Emporer: It wasn't the "main" focus of the deck but definitely it's most powerful combo. You use a card like Last Will, Monster Reborn, Premature Burial to summon either Sangan or Witch of the Black Forest, then summon Chaos Emperor Dragon, use its effect sending all cards in both players hand and on field to the grave. Then Sangan/Witch will activate, you then add Yata Garasu to your hand, summon it and keep attacking and you win. Its effect is everytime it inflicts damage to your opponent they skip their draw phase.

Empty Jar: The concept of using Morphing Jar and cards that flip it up and down like Book of Moon, Book of Taiyu, Book of Eclipse and A/D Changer to deck your opponent out.

Cat Synchro: The decks varied but the main goal was to use abuse Rescue Cat to synchro summon fast.

Dark Armed Return: The reason this deck was so powerful was because it was played when everything was available. When the Destiny Hero engine was strong, man was it strong. Disk Commander allowed for mega pluses and cards like destiny draw were unlimited. The most powerful thing this deck has though was 3 dimension fusion and 3 return from the different dimension to swarm the field after remove everything to destroy your opponents.

Those were some of the best and most broken decks the game have seen :

- TeleDAD (known as Teleport Dark Armed) : Like it's name suggest it uses the card Emergency Teleport to quickly summon Tuners (Krebons usually) and synchro using engines like the D-HERO one (Malicious) while putting DARK monsters in grave. You then summon DAD (obviously) and clear the field for a possible OTK.

- Yata Emperor : Use CED (Chaos Emperor Dragon) effect while you have Sangan / Witch of the Black Fiorest (not banned at that time) to search for Yata-Garasu and lock the opponent from drawing by attacking each turn with Yata.

- Empty Jar : Use the Jar (Morphing Jar), monsters that mill (Needle Woirm..) and cards that change position (Book of Moon, Book of Taiyou..) to mill your opponent deck till he has no card left.

- Synchro Cat : Use Rescue Cat to put 2 X-Saber Airbellum and synchro using what you have in the field (typically 2 Summoner Monk). You typically have 2 Summoner Monk and 2 Airbellum which leads to 2 LV7 synchros (it was typically Dark Strike Fighter) and you swing for game.

- Dark Armed Return : Use Destiny HEROes to control the number of DARK in grave then summon DAD to clear the field and swing for game. This one had a lot of grave management to summon DAD easily.

- Goat Control : Use the token from Scapegoat (hence the name) and Metamorphosis to go into Thousand-Eyes Restrict. It had also chaos elements and used a monster liek Tsukuyomi to abuse TER's effect.

- Perfect Circle: The Destiny HEROes engine combined with Monarchs and Light and Darkness Dragon. It also had crazy pluses using Disk Commander who is now banned due to this.

- Troop Dupe Scoop : Card Trooper + Machine Duplication for mass milling and draws.
