YCS Atlanta 2012: T.G.s come out on top!

Thats right!! T.G. Stun wins YCS Atlanta! Surprised I am, and its that good kind of surprised!

Last Game Marquis Henderson's T.G. Stun VS Roman Rodrigruez's Dino Rabbit

Duel was great, although a good amount of topping. Dino Rabbits topped bad though. Henderson's Starlight Road did some great damage stopping Rodriguez's Heavy Storm.

-Top 32
In the Top 32, Dino Rabbits basically take the YCS.

-Top 16
Top 16 still was overwhelmed by mostly Dino Rabbits. No Inzektors guys! No freakin Inzektors! Not 1! There were 2 in the Top 32 though. In the Top 16 there were:

• 7 Dino Rabbits
  
• 5 Wind-Ups
  
• 1 Tech Genus (T.G.)
  
• 1 Agent
  
• 1 Dark World
  
• 1 Empty Jar
  

Heard the deck did not side nor main Maxx "C"s, Veilers, nor Fiendish Chains. =O Say whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!?

My predictions were Inzektors (Which didn't even top 16 and only 2 topped 32), Wind-Ups, and Dino Rabbit. Dino Rabbit still made it even though I'm not a huge fan of the deck.

This goes to show you that you don't have to play a high priced decks just to win a YCS event. Although, you do have to do some good topping when the stakes are high.

Dark Worlds Top 16
- Doesn't run Maxx "C"s, Ravens, Tour Guides, and Beiige. 3 MSTS though! Hey, I think I'm going to pick me up some dark world structure decks.

Anyway, I definitely enjoyed reading the feature match. Especially the play when he SS warwolf turn 1 game 1, effectively rendering the dustshoot useless. Double Laggia herp derp is also fun to watch when they crumble, although he's lucky to get dark hole off pot of duality.

Congratulations to the winner It's a nice gift before T.G. finally leave us.

To the contrary, I thought they would do well with the release of Momentary Truce, hha. That and Morphing Jar 2.

Wow grats to the t.g guy on winning. I bet everyone on dn is gonna start using t.g's.. oh wait, striker is getting hit

And I still have no idea how empty jar got so far... but a bunch of dn nabs(including me ) are gonna start using it.. watch out

Lol I'm waaaaaaaaay ahead of ya . Although I don't know about the Genus though. Haven't created a consistent build with em yet but I'm still tryin.

Tech Genus: include Striker and Warwolf, Unknown synchron maybe replace another tstriker (it's effect like Striker)
Tele: 1x E. Tele + 2x Krebons, and 2x CoTH (can't do 2x E. Tele and 3x CoTH)
Misc: junk synchron for Shine ball

As far as now still test it.. in DN (4-1)
