dolkka can negate cards on the graveyard too? the text is a bit confusing because it does not specify it, also can negate effects from the hand? or only the field?

Dolkka can negate effects that activate in the graveyard, hand and field.

He can't negate summoning procedures (example is Cyber Dragon..) and obviously continuous effects since they don't activate.

Basically it can negate every single activating Monster effect, whenever, except for the ones who say they can't be responded to.

Let me put it in simpler terms.
If its a monster effect that chains, Dolkka can kill it.
