Vanadis of the Nordic Ascendant

Can Vanadis use her effect to send Guldfaxe of the Nordic Beasts to the graveyard to keep her level at four to Synchro Summon Thor, Lord of the Aesir, and keeping a tuner for Thor to use when it dies?

I wouldn't apply it to TCG if not neccessarily needed.

The effect is to change her level, with the mill as a cost. I'd say you can't activate it if you're not changing her level. (Which means I've been misplaying it all along, to be honest.)

I agree that in order to change her Level, a monster with a different Level must be milled.

Maybe no one bothered to post the TCG rulings because they could be the same as OCG.....?

Vanadis of the Nordic Ascendant CAN send level 4 monsters for her effect.
