why is pot of greed banned?
simple question why is it banned i could understand other cards being banned.but pot of greed doesn't seem so cheap if any one knows why please respond

it is banned because it is an easy and free plus 1. For example, you have no cards in hand, no cards on field, and suddenly draw pot of greed when your turn comes. you automatically draw 2 at no cost, 2 cards that can easily change the game. It is even worse when your opponent with an already heavy field and hand advantage draws into it, drawing two more cards that can easily seal the match. Nowadays every drawing card has a cost of some sort, whether it is discarding cards, not being able to summon, etc.

Think about YGO....one card that is NEVER a dead draw? Rings any bells? Card is +1 without any drawbacks it's in fact better card than Raigeki and HFD

^ Right there.
It's the most broken draw card out there banned or not.
