I have a question

I have a situation here:
opponent attack me with a monster, i activate Mirror Force, opponent chain with 7 tools negate my Mirror Force.
Can I activate Book of Moon after 7 tools resolved? If not, tell me why not, because as far as I know, I still can activate BoM after 7 tools resolved in that situation.

Due to Spell speed of Seven Tools of the Bandit being 3, Book of Moon does not qualify for the chain, sorry but you can't. You can only counter a counter trap with a counter trap.

I didn't said I chain BoM to 7 tools, I said after 7 tools resolved.

The answer given is incorrect.
You can activate Book of Moon after 7Tools resolve in the battle step(not chaining book to 7tools), before entering damage step.
