Set for release on October 4th 2011 another Legendary Collection is on the way! Last time we saw the Egyptian god cards, and this year another trio of legendary beasts will re-emerge!

I am pretty sure it will be the Sacred Beasts, this hasn't been confirmed yet, but I have heard rumors that this collection will focus on the GX era and give us a reprint of the Sacred Beasts.

I know. You are guaranteed 28 foils. Konami is getting a lot better with making this game available to everyone. Hopefully they are good foils like the E-HEROs (the good ones). I like the idea of mega packs with each card rarity in it!

Probably featuring the colours of each dorm level, Ra Yellow,Obelisk Blue, and Slifer Red.

OT: I wonder if this is what Konami meant when they said they were going to be reprinting tons of cards with the new text style, especially the HERO cards.

Actually 1061 (unless you post during this post).

The GX era was full of terrible filler cards, but also had some gems. I am hoping the gems show up and the filler stays away.

Yeah but they also brought use crap cards galore. The last 3 sets were the redeeming packs though. Gladiators Assualt, Phantom Darkness, and Light of Destruction. I always forget these are GX Era packs because they were actually good (and really impacted the meta of their day). Everyone loves JD and DAD!

Oh yeah... forgot of them. When I think of GX I think of those crappy packs like Elemental Energy and Power of the Duelist. The later packs were actually pretty good. Tactical Evolution and Force of the Breaker were meh though.

This sequel to 2010's Legendary Collection is the biggest value in Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG history! Each box contains a mix of fixed and random content totaling 58 cards, including 28 foil cards.
Each box comes with 13 Ultra Rare promo cards (same in every box). Plus 5 new 9-card Mega-Packs, pulling from a specially made 266 card mega Set that collects the top cards from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX era (2005-2008).
Each Mega-Pack has 1 Secret Rare, 1 Ultra Rare, 1 Super Rare, 1 Rare and 5 commons per pack. That's 58 total cards including 28 guaranteed foils all packid in a GX themed bincer, enclosed in a sturdy cardboard slipcase for extra security.

There are cards in Storm of Ragnarok, Extreme Victory, and Generation Force that can support the Deck themes found in Legendary Collection 2: the Duel Academy Years.

Each Legendary Collection 2 portfolio contains:

Konami has been making this game even better. These mega packs and the guaranteed amount of rares,etc. is awesome. As long as it is the same price as LC1 I am fine with this. The tins, and this are just too awesome.

I don't know but all these awesome reprints,etc. is way to overwhelming to believe. I am going to be out $200 in the next few months. Damn you Konami for catering to my shameful addiction!

He is 5ds era, but Great Shogen Shien is GX era and so is Grandmaster. Common Gateway as well.
